About the authors:
Maryna Bilash, is a pedagogue, a tutor of Russian at the Linguarus language school, and at the same time, the founder of this school in Ljubljana, an author of several handbooks for learning Russian business language and numerous themes for e-learning the Russian language and Russian literature in high school. She is also the coordinator of the European project Sputnik for Slovenia as part of the Grundtvig Learning Partnership (2009 - 2011), and the host of many courses for Russian business language for companies and individuals.
Valentina Taksheieva is a retired professor of the Russian language and Russian literature. She started her carrier as a pedagogue teaching in the early years of primary school. After obtaining additional education, she devoted more than 30 years to working in Russian and Ukrainian high schools. Life took her from Arkhangelsk to Slovenia where she enriched the collection Tales of Russian life with her knowledge of the traditions and customs of her people.
The second book in the collection Tales of Russian life presents the tradition of constructing and the use of the Russian bath, which is of crucial importance for every Russian family.
The comments concerning grammar are intended for adverbs. They are presented separately in the book in the form of a dictionary. You can clearly see their use in the text. The book is accompanied by a CD with the Russian text read by a native speaker of Russian. You can hear the correct pronunciation of the words and the correct accents.
